Who We Are

We are a firm passionate about the analysis of psychosocial phenomena and the transformation of organizations and communities. We have multidisciplinary teams, present in several countries, that have a wide knowledge on culture of innovation, exceptional professional skills and cutting-edge technology for processing and analyzing information, as well as specific skills in transformation. Agata Mirosław-Rak

Warsaw, Poland

Agata Mirosław-Rak is a Business Development Manager at Great Culture to Innovate® Poland. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin, and a post-graduate in the field of marketing and management (Warsaw School of Economics). For 11 years she has been associated with companies from the HR consulting industry as an analyst. Agata also has extensive experience as a marketer, which she acquired in cooperation with Danish and French manufacturing companies. Agata is co-founder of an association for women and a volunteer at the Foundation for Childbirth with Dignity.

Khaled is the managing director of the Great Culture to Innovate® business in the Gulf countries. He has 28+ years of leadership experience with multinational Fortune100 companies impacting organization growth and profitability. Expert in designing and developing innovative national and regional level initiatives for sustainable socio-economic impact, he has worked in collaboration with multiple stakeholders including governments, multilaterals, NGOs,academia and private sector industry leaders.

Khaled is a senior consultant known for fostering innovation and is a certified innovation management practitioner with a focus on assessing business capabilities, culture, leadership, and strategy for sustainable profit and growth. He has a Master’s degree in E-learning Technology and Design and Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from University of Missouri, Columbia, USA.

Joyoti leads the global business roll-out for Great Culture to Innovate®. She has over 20 years of experience in leading a consulting business, building entrepreneurial ventures and managing human resource functions across industries and geographies. Prior to this, she was a Partner and Co-owner at Great Place to Work® Institute India, and a Co-Founder and Board Member of Great Place IT Services. She has worked with companies in the financial services, telecom and manufacturing sectors, managing various human resource and organizational development functions. Her interest and passion is to facilitate culture transformation and change in organizations. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (Organizational Behavior) from the University of Delhi, India.

He has studied business administration, organizational psychology and education at the University of Cologne in Germany and has many years of professional leadership experience.

Óscar is Executive Director of Great Culture to Innovate®, Colombia. He has over 10 years of experience in developing trust-based cultures, designing talent strategies and leadership models in private and public sector companies. Prior to this, he has worked for more than 20 years in Roche, leading different business units before becoming general manager of Roche Ecuador. Óscar has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia.

His experience cuts across the food & beverage, oil & gas, and financial sectors in Nigeria. Prior to this, he led the strategy function at Acorn Petroleum Plc, a national oil and gas company in Nigeria. Adekunle is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Lagos Business School.

Bora Tekin is the Business Development Manager at Great Culture to Innovate®, Turkey. He has over 20 years of diverse experience in project management and human resource functions as a corporate professional and a consultant in various industry sectors in Turkey and Canada. Prior to this, he led his own consultancy firm and worked in management and consultant positions in Turkey, including Great Place to Work® Institute Turkey. Bora is a CHRP and has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Bosphorus University of Istanbul.

Eyup Toprak is partner and board member of Great Culture to Innovate®, Turkey. He has over 20 years of experience in business and client management with a focus on building and assessing workplace cultures in Germany and Turkey. Prior to this he has worked in senior management and consultant positions in various countries across Europe, including Great Place to Work® Institute Germany and as General Manager of Great Place to Work® Institute Turkey. Eyup has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Cologne.
